Round 2mm Hat Elastic for Fascinators & Millinery - 1m

2mm width round hat elastic is ideal for attaching to fascinators and hats. This is the preferred method for attaching fascinators to the head, as elastic is sturdy and can be hidden by the hair when wearing a hat.
