We are currently hiring for the following roles:
Customer Service / Warehouse Assistant
Full Time (38.5 hours / Week) - £22,000 per annum
Part Time: Up to 38.5 hours a week - £10.00 / hour
Are you a passionate, enthusiastic individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment? Love art, design or millinery? Them the role of Customer Service / Picking & Packing Assistant could be for you!
The majority of the day will consist of fulfilling online orders but will also include:
- Assisting customers via email and phone
- Processing payments, creating and sending invoices
- Picking and packing online orders using online postage software
- Storage upkeep, cleaning and re-stocking
Opportunities to partake in social media updates, photography and product listing may also arise.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Microsoft 10, Google Docs, Google Sheets. Knowledge of the Shopify platform a plus
- Spelling, vocabulary, math and grammar skills appropriate to the level of the position
- Operating a variety of office equipment including PCs, printers.
- Identifying customer needs and assisting in answering inquiries and solving problems
- The ability to learn about the millinery trade and its materials
- Meet and exceed customer service expectations
- Pick, pack and organize a high volume of outgoing orders
Formal qualifications are not required for this role but retail customer service is a key plus! Knowledge of colours, millinery and fabrics is ideal, but we will happily teach you about the millinery trade.
