Please note that our delivery chart reflects 'Normal' circumstances. Please allow extra time for delivery to account for customs clearance.
We send our parcels with Royal Mail's international service as standard. With this service there is a weight/size limit, where necessary we may need to split your parcel. If you would prefer your order to be sent in one parcel, please either select the FedEx service available at checkout or contact us for pricing.

FedEx is super fast and arrives within 3 days to most destinations.

How long before my order is dispatched?
Order by 3pm (GMT) Monday thru Friday for same day dispatch with Royal Mail. Order by 12pm (GMT) Monday thru Friday for same day dispatch with FedEx. We will notify you by email to let you know your order is on it's way. Please check your junk folder if you can't find this email.

Can I return an unwanted item?
Yes, so long as it is unused condition within 14 working days of received delivery.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
Please be sure to package up any items you wish to return in the appropriate packaging. If your order was received in a cardboard box, please be sure to return the items in the same or similar packaging.
Petershams cannot be held responsible for anything getting lost or damaged in the post, so be sure to package your returns safely and get proof of postage before sending.
