These double sided elastic hat bands have metal prongs on both sides for piercing into the hat base for a secure hold without having to sew! As these elastic bundles are a little older, the elastic has unfortunately gone and stretches out a little when pulled.
Each 1.5mm wide elastic band measures 15.5cm (6.1 inches) in length and is perfect for small hats and fascinators, or perhaps fascinators for children.
