Raffia Knit Flare Hat Body
This natural raffia hat body flare is a great size to make a small fascinator or small brimmed cap. Easy to shape and stiffen, treat it just as you would straw to block out a shape of your choice!
Each flare is slightly different in colour as raffia ranges from a lighter to darker tones.
