*One-Off* Plump Wide Oval Sinamay Hat Base
We have some one-off factory find hat bases for you!
This wide oval hat base is made from stiffened sinamay fabric and has a lovely plump shape to it. Edged with petersham ribbon around the outside, this shape can be worn at several angles on the head.
Base measures: 18x13.5cm, approx. 3cm in height
