Due to new EU trade reforms, new rules are being implemented over the coming months and years, with IOSS and the €150 de minimis threshold ultimately being affected. Changes are already being made by individual EU member states, and having an immediate impact on shipping costs — France being one of them.

As a result, we have had to suspend IOSS for France. This means we can no longer collect taxes on orders under €150 through our website (there is no change for orders over this amount). You can still place an order through our main site, but taxes will instead be collected as your parcel passes through customs. La Poste will contact you to arrange payment of any applicable taxes and duties, along with a service fee.

If you are placing an order under €150 and would prefer to pay these fees upfront, you can place your order through our Etsy store, where IOSS still applies.
