*One-off* 20.5" Small Natural Straw English Boater Facscinator Hat Base
This small boater is a bit of an unusual size - possibly made for children - but we think it would make a great fascinator base should you chose to sew combs or a headband onto it.
Made from traditional straw, this base is fully stiffened and has an elasticated drawstring head ribbon on the inner crown. Made in England.
