From 3pm on the 11 August 2026, we will temporarily be unable to accept orders from EU destinations, with the exception of Ireland, France and Germany.

As a small UK business, the latest international tariff and packaging requirements — including the new PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation, EU 2025/40) — have made exporting to some EU countries increasingly difficult.

We are incredibly sorry for this change and want to reassure our EU customers that we have explored every available option before reaching this decision. We will continue working towards a practical solution and hope to be able to ship to all EU countries again in the future.
