'Elsie' Vintage Velvet Millinery Flower Hat Mount

Vintage AND velvet?! Oh we do spoil you! Meet 'Elsie', a delicate velvet hat mount dating to the 1960's/70's, composed of carefully cut petals, veined leaves and some dainty little stamens. Try popping one on our velvet headbands for a simple yet elegant look!

Colour notes:
Deep red - has dark green leaves
Burgundy - the stems have been wrapped with a cerise pink paper binding
Green mix - flecks of blue and purple amongst the green
Ivory - some specs on the reverse of the petals, but does not affect the main velvet pile
Peachy mix - flecks of yellow amongst the peachy tones and some specs on the reverse of the petals, but does not affect the main velvet pile

You may find some light glue marks on the reverse of the flower. This is perfectly normal and and should not affect the overall look of the flower.

Measures:
Approx Length: 10cm (3.9 inches), 17cm (6.7 inches) including the paper wrapped stem.
Width: Each flower measures approx. 3cm (1.2 inches) wide, however with a little steam and manipulation you can spread the petals out a little more.
