XL Little Scallop Crinoline Capeline Hat Body - 13"

This extra large crinoline hat body has the right mix size and sheerness! It's size is counterbalanced by it's use of see-through crinoline braid that has a little scallop detail at the edge which gives this hat body a delicate appeal. 

Can be easily blocked and shaped to by giving it a steam. 

Capeline Measures:
Flat measurement from crown tip to brim: 33cm (13 inches)
Brim width from side crown to brim edge: 14cm (5.5 inches)
