French Navy XL Deep Upturn Sinamay Hat Base
This large French Navy hat base features a super deep upturn on the upper crown with a sloping downward bottom. It'd a mighty bit base for a mighty big hat-making project!
Made from a triple layer of sinamay, it's trimmed at the outer edge with petersham ribbon.
Part of a limited run of hat bases, when they are gone they are gone!
