Vintage 1980/90s 'Flexie' Synthetic Hat Foundation Material - 1/2m
This vintage hat making material dates to the 1980/90s and is sometimes known as 'Flexie' in the industry. A sort of flexible buckram material, it was often used as a foundation fabric. Synthetic, it is lightweight and often used on the bias.
Fabric measures 1.18m (1.2 yards) wide and is provided in half metre (50cm) lengths. Multiple lengths purchased will arrive as one long continuous piece.
