Bail ends are quite simply that - the top or bottom scrappy hat body used as a bit of a sacrifice to protect the capelines underneath.
We often don't have the heart to throw these away despite being torn and tattered, especially when it comes to vintage bales where the bale end is even better quality than some of today's modern productions!
It's important to note these babies are knackered! Expect discoloration, marking, tears and some scrunched to an inch of its life. All have excellent potential for bringing back to life though as a fascinator or for trimming.
