'Scarlette' Satin and Velvet Millinery Hat Mount
This satin and velvet flower is definitely amongst the lushest we have got! Made from top quality satin layered with plush velvet petals, each one has been expertly pressed and shaped. It also have five wired leaves at the back. This one is not to be missed!
You may find some light glue marks on the reverse of the flower. This is perfectly normal and and should not affect the overall look of the flower.
