53mm No.12 "Pon 5500" Vintage French Rayon Taffeta Ribbon - Approx. 25m Roll
My oh my! These superb, practically museum quality ribbons date to the 1940/50s and were made in France - one of the homes of amazing quality trims.
Made from rayon, this ribbon is light and floaty and has a super fine woven satin edge. Use it to make the most amazing lush hat trims, we're thinking cockades! You can really do just about anything with this stuff!
Ribbon measures approximately 53mm wide and is sold by the whole roll which measures approximately 25m (27.3 yards). Some rolls can vary ever so slightly in width by 1-2mm.
There may be a few minor imperfections in the roll, i.e; pin marks or faults in the weave. This has been reflected in the price.
