'Tess' is a floral hat mount made out of sheer handwoven sinamay. With layers and layers of sinamay twisted into a flower shape, it really does make for a quick win when trimming a hat! Simply attach a clip or headband to use as a standalone piece or pop onto a large hat to make a big impact!
