This crinoline and shiny polybraid capeline has been swirled into a seductive spiral and has an ever so slight upturned brim.

It can be steamed into shape and is ready to to be made into a fitted hat with the addition of a head ribbon and trims. So simple!

Capeline has a 8cm (3.1 inch) brim and will suit all head sizes as the crin has the ability to expand and contract.

*Please note that this is not a finished hat but the 'body' to make one from scratch.*
