11mm Vintage 1950's Satin Taffeta Ribbon Reel - 10 yards
My oh my! These superb, practically museum quality ribbon reels date to the 1940/50s and were made in United States.
Made from a blend of rayon and silk, this satin taffeta ribbon is light and floaty and has a super fine woven satin edge. Use it to make the most amazing lush hat trims. And the packaging! In a very good vintage condition, and even has a tiny little gauge on one of the sides to show you how much ribbon remains on the reel. Nifty!
Ribbon measures 11mm wide and is sold by the whole roll which measures 9.1 metres (10 yards).
All rolls are in great condition but expect that the outer layer will be a bit dusty from storage - but for being around 80 years old this stuff is impeccable!
