This fine woven cotton threaded crinoline hat body is made extra special by the addition of a shiny polybraid edge. Would look fabulous made into a boater! 

To block simply steam it out onto your desired shape. 

Capeline measures:
Flat measurement from crown tip to brim: 28cm (11 inches)
Brim width from side crown to brim edge: 10cm (3.9 inches)
