Vintage 1960s Cotton 2cm Wide White Fringe - 32m Card
This cotton fringe is adorable! With fine strands as fringe, the top has a criss-crossed ivory cotton threaded decorative top. A perfect trim for summer hats! Fringe dates to the 1960s and is marked 'Made in England'.
Fringe has a bottom thread to keep fringe in place, simply remove thread by pulling it to remove for use. (colour of thread may vary from that pictured).
Fringe measures 2cm (0.78 inches) wide and is on a massive card with 32m (36 yards) on it.
