The holy grail of all vintage hat making trims has landed! Velvet rouleau ribbon is made from a tube of velvet in which you can insert wire to make forms and shapes. Most popularly in the 40's and 50's rouleau ribbon was used to make 'figure of eight' hat forms that gripped the head to make headpieces.
Sold by the metre (1.09 yards), multiple lengths purchased will arrive as one long continuous piece.
