This classic sailor hat form features a large upturned brim which has become very much in vogue for mothers of the bride and race hats this year.
Unfortunately these sailor hats are quite grubby and there are dirty marks all over the shape. We think a little scrub with warm soapy water should get this looking a bit cleaner. Priced to reflect the damage.
