Pleated Bias Sinamay Puggaree Hat Band
This pleated sinamay band was made to wrap around the crown of a hat as a puggaree, but there is no millinery law against making it into a pretty bow or trim! It's nice long size means you can use it over several projects if desired. There is lots to work with here!
Made on the bias, it can even be stretched around curves and thinned to a smaller width if desired.
