Ask any millinery that's been around for a minute and they will tell you the tales of working with parabuntal straw! Completely handwoven, these would have taken days to produce.
We don't have a solid age dating to these, but expect No longer produced in such a fine quality, these now historical hat bodies are imperfect in that they have either foxing or brim fray/damage or folds. We have included them in our big capeline clearout for this reason.
