Our best selling crinoline, but make it completely translucent! It's just the right width for swirling around brims, creating larger than life fascinators and for making sheer graphical shapes. We love the idea of embroidering into it!
Also known as horsehair braid or crinoline, it has a thread on one side which you can pull to gather it up or simply remove to use plain.
