This wool felt capeline hat body is made from 100% thick wool and has been very lightly stiffened to help in the hat blocking process. Great for making fascinators and hats from scratch the traditional way.
Going for a special price due to a sample being cut from brim edge - this is a big capeline through so plenty of room to still make a big hat! Price discounted to reflect the sample.
