Oh my! This super scrummy extra wide velvet ribbon is just about everything that a hat maker could dream of. It's wide width means it is perfect for bonnets and other period pieces but would look equally dashing on the crown of a modern work.
These vintage velvets date from the 1920's-60's and come from varying manufactures and regions. Most are Swiss or French made with a Rayon or Nylon fibre content.
Ribbon measures 54mm (2.1 inches) wide and is sold by the metre (1.09 yards). Multiple metres purchased will arrive as one long continuous piece.
