Meet 'Millie', a gorgeously detailed silk vintage California poppy!
Dating to the 1950'/60's, each stem is made up the most fluttery lightweight silk with a fuzzy centre, delicate stamens, detailed leaf and a long wrapped stem that has gentle 'fuzz' detail to the upper stem. Made in Germany in the 1960's, this flower really is a case of 'they don't make them like they used to' - it is simply gorgeous!
