This firm 1.0mm wide (approx. 30 gauge) millinery wire is made from a copper plated steel and is covered in cotton thread. Ideal for creating for creating smaller hat bases, wiring flowers and making feather mounts.
The thread on this wire isn't as tightly bound when compared with our other millinery wire, but it still does the job just as well!
You may come across some slight marking on the cotton throughout the reel, but as it is typically used structurally this won't affect the final outcome of your project.
