'Candace' Vintage 1950/60's German Velvet Leaf Twigs Millinery Mount
We gasped when we opened up the box and found this beauty inside! 'Candace' is a petite mount made up of fully wired leaves made out of the most yummy silk velvet.
Made in Germany in the 1950/60's, it's rare to find such lovely condition flat leaves that have been completely unsealed since originally purchased nearly 70 years ago!
Mount measures:Leaf Size: 2-3.5cm (0.7x1.3 inches)
Stem Length: 11cm (4.3 inches)
