This 35mm (aka No.9) size millinery petersham is the ideal size for wrapping around hat crowns and making large, lush cockades. Made from 100% cotton, is has been made on traditional wooden looms and has a matt finish.
Made specifically for hat making, this ribbon can be curved with an iron and is even colourfast! Made in France, it is of the upmost excellent quality!
