This coated cord dates to the 50s and is very likely French made! Made for embroidery use, it's flexibility means it can be swirled into interesting shapes and tack stitched down to your project. Perfectly lightweight yet robust for hats!
At its centre is a fine cord, then it is covered with swirled cotton and then finally a clear coating.
We estimate there is around 45-50m on a hank, so this is a fabulous bargain!
Cord measures 1.5mm wide.
