Metallic Lurex Open Weave Paper Flare Hat Body
This paper flare has a nice open weave to it, and even better has a metallic lurex thread running throughout. Made from sturdy 1x1 woven paper.
Paper can be stiffened with straw stiffener or a PVA solution after blocking to keep it's shape tip top.
This flare has already been partially stiffened which is one less job that needs to be done!

Flat measurement from crown tip to brim: 27.9cm (11 inches)
*Please note that this is not a finished hat but the 'body' to make one from scratch.*

Cone: This is the perfect size for most fascinators and for blocking out hat crowns.
Flares: This is the size in between a cone and a capeline, so good for hats with smaller brims or larger fascinators.
Capelines: This is the largest hat body, great for wide brimmed fitted hats.
