18x20cm Scooped Rounded Sailor Sinamay Base
This round slightly pointed at one edge sailor shaped hat base is made from a double layer of stiff sinamay fabric and has been trimmed at the edge with petersham ribbon.
The inside crease has a little too much flattened stiffener in it for our liking, so we have priced them up cheap for ya!
