These pre-knotted black hat elastics have been pre-cut and knotted to a 34cm (13 inch) length. Simply sew in the knotted end onto the inside edge of your hat base to secure!
Sized for hat bases with a 15-18cm (6-7 inch) base. Fits perfectly on our Buttons and Betty fascinator forms!
Elastic measures 1.5mm in width, the ideal size for hats.
