Fringed Faux Straw Herringbone Capeline Hat Body - 13"

This capeline is made of a faux straw polythene material but has the look of real straw! Really quite amazing! Completely handwoven, this capeline has a herringbone design to it, and would look gorgeous made into the perfect summer hat.
