If you are after something totally eye-catching, this is the ribbon for you! Measuring 77mm wide, this black taffeta ribbon has the most amazing moire-watermark effect, perfect for making bows. It has a very subtle grosgrain effect however we would say it is closer to a satin ribbon.
Made by ribbon manufacturer 'Offray Ribbon' and was made in Ireland too!
