Two Pieces Discoloured & Frayed Panama Capelines - 13" Natural

These two natural colour panama capelines have been around the block - they have suffered fraying at the outer edge and have severe discolouring on the top and underside. A good trim and dye job would make these zeros into heros! 

They are an extra large 13", so plenty to play with here.
